Being healthy has always been something that has eluded me - having been overweight since I was pretty much born. I grew up with fast, cheap food and never believed that I could be healthy, fit or feel good in my skin - because honestly, I'd never experienced it.
A few months ago I'd just had enough.
Approaching my 36th birthday I started working with a nutritionist because honestly there's only so long you can put up with mediocrity - especially when deep down you know you have the potential to be anything you damn well want to be!
I now understand food that bit better and am also going sober for the next month - which I know will be let's say, “challenging”. 😐
But I'm so excited to see how I feel on 1st Feb! 😆 Not only for what the lack of pizza and booze will do - 'cause it's really not just about that. It's about being healthy inside & out, right?!
